FAQs
Music
We start with a detailed planning process where you share your favorite genres, artists, and must-play or do-not-play songs. From there, we design a soundtrack that reflects your style while keeping the energy right for each moment of the night.
Yes. You can choose exact songs for important moments such as the ceremony, grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, and cake cutting. We handle timing and transitions so everything feels seamless and intentional.
We're happy to take guest requests, as long as they align with your preferences. Your music vision always comes first, and we use our professional judgment to keep the dance floor full without playing anything you don't want.
Reading the room is a core part of what we do. We continuously adjust the music in real time to keep guests engaged and the dance floor active throughout the night.
Locations
Yes! We regularly travel for weddings, private events, and corporate celebrations, domestic or international.
Travel fees depend on the distance and logistics of your event. For events outside our local area, we'll provide a transparent breakdown of any travel-related costs upfront, so there are no surprises. We've worked with couples across the country and internationally, and we always ensure fair, clear pricing.
For destination events, we recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons. This gives us time to coordinate travel, equipment shipping, and any necessary permits or logistics. However, we've made last-minute destination events work before—reach out and we'll see what's possible.
Yes. We've produced events in venues we'd never seen before, in cities we'd never visited. You focus on your event, we'll handle making sure the entertainment runs flawlessly.
Production
We provide professional-grade sound systems and event lighting designed for weddings of all sizes. Everything is selected to deliver clear audio, balanced volume, and an elegant visual atmosphere that enhances the room without feeling overwhelming.
Yes. Our equipment is intentionally minimal and polished, with organized cabling and a refined DJ setup. The goal is to complement your décor and venue, not distract from it.
Typically, we only require access to standard power outlets and a small setup area. We coordinate directly with your venue and planner in advance to ensure a smooth, stress-free setup and teardown.
Absolutely. We supply microphones for ceremonies, vows, and toasts, and we handle all sound checks so every word is heard clearly by your guests.
Booking
Most couples book 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season dates. Booking early ensures availability and allows plenty of time for thoughtful planning.
A signed agreement and a retainer are required to reserve your date. Once both are received, your date is officially locked in and no longer available to other couples.
Wedding plans evolve, and we expect that. We stay flexible and update your music and production plan as details change, working closely with you and your planner as the day approaches.
Yes. We offer curated packages as well as custom options based on your event size, timeline, and production needs. This ensures you're only paying for what truly fits your wedding.
